This form of treatment is usually used within an Osteopathy treatment however some injuries require a more intense rehabilitation programme. This type of exercise programme can be used to help with injuries such as breaks, sprains, muscle pulls and post-operative care for joint replacements.

The number of appointments required will vary from person to person and is dependent on many different factors such as how long you have had the issue, the severity of the issue, how well you follow at home advice and your age. Typically most people require between 2 and 6 visits.
Wear something comfortable to your appointment, we recommend clothing you can freely move in, for example shorts and a vest top. We can advise further at your first appointment if necessary.
